Courtney Murphy M.S., CCC-SLP
Courtney is the director of Early Start Speech and Language Services and has over 20+ years of pediatric experience. She holds a Master’s degree in speech language pathology from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She specializes in feeding difficulties in babies and toddlers and has a great deal of experience using the responsive feeding approach and the SOS Approach to Feeding. Courtney is also trained in the BABIES model of intervention which supports fragile infants in their transition home from the hospital. She and her husband stay busy raising thier three boys and enjoying all the beauty and adventures that Colorado has to offer.
SIERRA HOPP M.A., CCC-SLP
Sierra is a manager at Early Start Speech and Language Services and has over 15+ years of pediatric experience. Sierra received her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders at University of Northern Colorado. Sierra was formally trained in the NICU and PICU at OHSU in Portland, Oregon and specializes in feeding and early intervention. Sierra began working with Early Start Speech in 2011, and has not looked back. She is passionate about connecting and engaging each child and family in a manner that supports their individual needs. Sierra has expertise working with children who have feeding difficulties, speech delays, phonological and articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, dysarthria, fluency/stuttering and craniofacial disorders. Sierra enjoys the outdoors with her husband and three children and loves living in Colorado. Her hobbies include interior design, painting, and skiing.
SUZETTE FITZGERALD M.A., CCC-SLP
Suzette is a licensed speech language pathologist who earned her Master’s degree from George Washington University in Washington DC. Suzette has worked with Early Start Speech and Language Services since 2010. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She enjoys working with the early intervention population because it gives her a chance to work with both caregivers and children during an important developmental phase. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling and hanging out with her husband and three teenagers.
KIMBERLI KOLDEN M.A., CCC-SLP
Kimberli joined the team at Early Start Speech and Language Services at the beginning of 2019. She holds a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Kimberli has worked in several settings since finishing graduate school, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, elementary schools, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation. Early intervention has been her favorite population to work with and enjoys supporting young children and their families. She specializes in pediatric feeding therapy and is a certified provider with the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding and the CAN-EAT approach to feeding. Kimberli has one daughter and enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the movies, and cooking.
ariana smith M.A., CCC-SLP
Ariana graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology. During graduate school, Ariana gained pediatric experience in an outpatient rehabilitation center and with the Cherry Creek Public School District. Ariana’s interests include treating children with language delay, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorders, and oral motor difficulties. She believes that strong family connections, effective communication, and play-based therapy are ways to benefit children and their families. During her off time, Ariana enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new places, camping, skiing, hiking and spending time with family, friends and dog.
Kristen DeBoo M.S., CCC-SLP
Kristen earned her Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona and is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She has over 19 years of pediatric speech and language experience; her background includes extensive work in early intervention, as well as in both public and private schools, charter schools, and private practice. She has a special interest in early intervention, articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, and cognition. She loves working with children and their families and being a support for them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing sports, reading, and cooking.
Hannah Caranci M.A., CCC-SLP
Hannah is a licensed speech-language pathologist and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She holds a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Northern Colorado. Hannah has over 13 years of experience serving individuals from birth to 21 years of age presenting with a wide range of speech and language disorders. Hannah specializes in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and supporting children with complex communication needs. Hannah is married and has a sweet little boy and loves new adventures and the outdoors. Her hobbies include traveling with her family, snowboarding, and wake surfing.
Suzanne Reynolds M.A., CCC-SLP
Suzanne graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Master of Arts in Speech Language & Hearing Sciences. She began her career in adult long term acute hospital care and loves the spunk and curiosity in her pediatric clients. Suzanne enjoys the collaboration between families and the team to encourage children to grow in communication and development. In her free time, she loves painting, practicing the guitar and finding new trails with her husband and children.
Michelle Morris M.S., CCC-SLP
Michelle earned her B.S and M.S. degrees in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa, OK. She is national and state certified and has over 20 years of pediatric experience working with doctors, teachers, motor therapists, nutritionists, and mental health professionals. Michelle worked alongside Dr. Kay Toomey and team using the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding. She is also certified in the Soffi method, an integrated approach to treating oral feeding in preterm infants and infants with complex medical issues in early intervention. She is passionate about creating positive family mealtimes using a child led, responsive feeding approach. Michelle has a strong interest and background in early speech and language development, preterm birth, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing, childhood apraxia of speech, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, feeding and swallowing disorders, and social emotional development. She believes in using a relationship-based, coaching model that values play as a child’s “work” and the family as the child’s first and most important teachers. Michelle lives on the Florida Space Coast with her husband, 2 children, and 3 mischievous cats. In her free time she enjoys reading, volunteering, biking, swimming, and traveling with her family!
Brianna calvin, M.S., CCC-SLP
Bri relocated to Denver, CO from Memphis, TN in 2018. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Tennessee State University in 2015 and has many years of pediatric experience. Bri has had the pleasure of working with children of all ages with a wide variety of disorders since her journey as an SLP began. She especially loves providing early intervention and is passionate about parent education and collaboration. In her free time, Bri enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
KYLA KIRBY M.S., CCC-SLP
Kyla has been working as a pediatric speech-language pathologist since 2016. Originally from New Mexico, Kyla moved to Texas to complete her undergraduate work in Speech-Language Pathology and Psychology at Texas Christian University (TCU). During this time, she studied abroad in the United Kingdom and explored speech therapy practices and techniques across the globe. She continued at TCU for her graduate coursework in which she received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Throughout her academic work and career, she has experience in the outpatient rehabilitation unit working with medically fragile birth-18 year olds and in acute care working with adults with neurological disorders, head trauma, and head/neck cancer. Kyla moved to Denver, CO in 2016 to pursue working in early childhood intervention and especially enjoys working with children with language delay and feeding disorders. She has found her niche in home health, as she values working alongside patient’s families and sharing strategies with parents and caregivers to best support their child’s health and development. Kyla is a certified therapist with Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding, and CAN-EAT Approach to Feeding. Recently Kyla completed behavior training in Prevent-Teach-Reinforce for Families.
Ann Adair M.S., CF-SLP
Ann received her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Nebraska and Master of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University. She has 20+ years of diverse experience working with varying severities and diagnoses within the pediatric population. She has practiced in home healthcare, school-based, private clinical, and residential medical settings. Areas of special interest include pediatric feeding and swallowing, speech and swallowing management for medically complex infants and children, craniofacial speech disorders, language/communication in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and traumatic brain injury (TBI). She enjoys travel, adventure, and playing outside: hiking, rowing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and yoga. She loves writing, painting, music, and all creative things! She is an extremely proud mom of four young men. Ann is highly dedicated to coming alongside families to improve their quality of life through family- focused speech-language services.

Barb is a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist who received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Barb has over 21 years of pediatric experience, working with children and their families in private, home-based and school settings. Barb has a passion for working with families to help nurture the growth of their children as it relates to communication and development. Barb is married and has three children. She enjoys time with her family, traveling and watching baseball.
Michelle cleghorn m.a., ccc-slp
Michigan born and raised, Michelle completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in Communication Disorders. She then earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in December 2011. She began her training with pediatrics in an outpatient and home health setting with Florida Speech in 2010 as well as a clinical externship at Beckman & Associates after completing the Beckman Oral Motor Workshop in 2011. After graduation, she moved to Colorado where she continued providing therapy services for cognitive-communicative and feeding/swallowing disorders with both adults and pediatrics. Michelle and her husband love living in Denver with their sweet daughter. They enjoy traveling to the mountains frequently to hike, camp and ski.
Kathryn Sealer- Developmental Interventionist
Katie Sealer graduate from the University of Kansas with her masters in Early Childhood Special Education with course work in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She is working to obtain her Infant Family Health Specialist certification to be completed in July. Katie specializes in trauma and social emotional concerns with children and families. She has worked in child life and uses her knowledge to support children through extensive hospital stays and visits. She has training and certifications in sensory processing, trauma and autism.
JAckie Drucker, ECSC- Developmental Interventionist
Jackie graduated from the Colorado University of Denver in 2020 with her master’s in early childhood education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special education. Jackie was a teacher for ages 2-7 for 8 years and loved it. She decided she wanted to help kids on a more individual level and help families through the early intervention process. Jackie is bilingual in Russian and English since her family is from Ukraine. Jackie’s hobbies include singing, dancing, traveling, trying new foods, and going to concerts. She is really happy to be on our team and help families and kiddos meet their goals!
Dallas Romer M.A., CCC-SLP
Dallas completed her undergraduate degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at the University of Redlands in Southern California. She then moved to Colorado with her now-husband and completed her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Colorado Boulder. Since becoming an SLP, Dallas has worked in various settings and with a diverse range of populations. Dallas has also worked with children and their families in schools, outpatient clinics, and in-home settings. Regardless of the setting or population she is working with, Dallas has always prioritized the education and empowerment of families, patients, and caregivers as essential elements of supporting development and rehabilitation. She finds the coaching model of early intervention to be highly effective and rewarding. Outside of work, Dallas enjoys baking, painting, crafting, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her golden retriever, Buster.
Jennifer Baribeau OTR/L
Jennifer Baribeau is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist who has been practicing in Denver since 2003. She earned an Occupational Therapy degree from Boston University in 2003 after completing OT internships working with children and teenagers at Seattle Children’s Hospital, an early intervention facility in Australia, and a body awareness therapy program in Rhode Island. She has worked in Denver at a neuro trauma ICU, at Craig Hospital for people who have experienced Spinal Cord Injuries and Brain Injuries and in the home and community setting for various individuals with developmental and neurological disabilities. She has been trained on neuro re-education, sensory integration, Handwriting Without Tears and continues to learn and grow. She started an aquatic swimming program for children with disabilities and currently teaches children’s yoga. Outside of work she enjoys traveling the world, hiking, skiing and family time with her husband, dog and two young sons.
Shayna Hughes M.S., CCC-SLP
Shayna was born and raised in Colorado and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She graduated with her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Mary in North Dakota in 2020. Since graduating, she has experience working with both children and adults with speech and language impairments. She has an interest and background in early speech and language development, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), neurological disorders, and implementation of Augmented and Assistive Communication (AAC) devices. Shayna found her passion in home health and enjoys working collaboratively with children and families. In her free time, Shayna loves traveling, snowboarding, going to Red Rocks, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lexci Reveley, M.S., CCC-SLP
Lexci graduated from New York University with a Master’s of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She has experience working in schools, in an out-patient rehabilitation hospital, and in home-health working with the early intervention population. As former, Lexci has extensive experience working with kids of all ages. She is passionate about communication, eating and making therapy fun and inclusive for the whole family. In her free time, Lexci enjoys spending time outside with her young daughter, husband, and 2 dogs. Hobbies include cooking, skiing, hiking, running and art.

Abby is a licensed speech language pathologist who received her Master’s in Education of Communication Sciences & Disorders from Valdosta State University. She has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist in home health, public education, inpatient rehab, private clinics and recreational settings. Abby is passionate about being a partner for caregivers in their child’s journey with speech therapy. She continues learning and growing as a clinician by attending national conferences and reading the latest research other speech language pathologists have completed. She also produces content for her instagram (@abbythespeechie) where she educates parents and other educators about topics in speech language pathology to increase awareness of evidence-based tips to support generalization of skills across contexts. In her free time, Abby likes to spend time with her dog Mimosa, cook new recipes, and go thrift shopping.
Kathryn Billings, M.A. CCC-SLP
Born and raised in Colorado, Kathryn returned in 2019 after 12 years of moving around the country with her husband in the US Air Force. While in Florida, she began working as an SLP Assistant in 2014 and earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Kentucky University in 2016. She spent 8 years working with children in the private outpatient setting specializing in early language acquisition, articulation/phonological disorders, phonogical awareness/pre-reading skills, and feeding/swallowing development. Kathryn completed the Beckman Oral Motor Workshop, Simon Says Myofucntional Therapy certification, and is a trained provider for the Fast Forward Language and Reading intervention program. She is passionate about the parent coaching model and loves teaming with families to develop unique communication strategies for success at home. Outside of work, Kathryn loves to spend time with family/friends, hike, ski, watch live music and sports, and travel alongside her husband and son, and energetic black lab.
Macey Kremer, ECSC- Developmental Interventionist
Macey is a licensed Early Childhood Special Educator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Unified Early Childhood Education from the University of Kansas and has school, center, and community/in-home based special education experience. She also has experience working with social emotional concerns, autism spectrum disorder, sensory differences, and developmental delays. Macey recently moved to Colorado from Kansas and enjoys trail running, hiking and camping, reading, painting, going to concerts, and spending time with loved ones outside of work.
